Yassmin Alers (Nina) is happy to be back to her native home of New York after having just relocated from Los Angeles. Stage credits include The Rocky Horror Show (B’way), RENT (original B’way company/National Tour), Paul Simon’s The Capeman (B’way), The Who’s TOMMY (European premiere), The 10 Commandments (Kodak Theater, L.A.), CLEAR (Dixon Place), The Third from the Left (Edinburgh Fringe), and As Much As You Can (Celebration Theater, L.A.). Film credits include The American Mall (MTV Films), Across The Universe (Sony Films), The Assignment (New Movie Corp.), and Chain Link (48 Phantom Films). Yassmin is thrilled to be a part of Love in the Middle Ages. Muchisimas thanks to my wonderful posse of family and friends for their constant love and support. Mimi Bessette (Sandy) was last seen on Broadway in Bonnie & Clyde playing Emma Parker. Most recently she was seen in the NYMF show Bend in the Road as Mrs.Camille Barry. Other credits include - Broadway: The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Off-Broadway: Little Shop of Horrors, Smoke on the Mountain. National Tours: Parade, Big River, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and Keep on the Sunny Side. Mimi sang with Bruce Springsteen as part of Woody Guthrie's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She is featured on three cast albums: Woody Guthrie's American Song, Keep on the Sunny Side and Bonnie & Clyde. Michael Givens (Michael) This is Michael's second outing with ABCD Productions and he is thrilled to be a part of this new musical since its humble beginnings. Michael's stage credits include Little Shop Of Horrors, Our Town, Godspell, Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Skin Of Our Teeth and ABCD's production of Crossroads. He has also been featured in numerous commercials and voice-overs such as Levi's, McDonalds, PBS, Karlsberg Beer and Domino’s Pizza.
Dave Konig (Richard) Dave is a three time Emmy Award winning TV host and headlining comedian. On TV, Dave hosted HBO’s infamous late night comedy series Hardcore TV, and the cult hit talk show parody The Dave Konig Show for USA Network, and he won three Emmy Awards as host of NY Metro TV’s reality/comedy series Subway Q&A! You’ve also seen Dave Konig on NBC’s Law And Order: Criminal Intent and HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, and NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice, and he’s starred in his own hit Off Broadway solo shows – the comedy tour-de-force Addicted To Show Business, and the critically acclaimed Hebrew School Dropout. David Rappaport (Dave) David 's NYC credits include Crossroads, Saddamn the Musical, Godspell and Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Regional credits include Songs for a New World, One Way Ticket to Hell (world premiere), Ragtime (Father and Houdini), Two by Two, The King and I, The Secret Garden, My Fair Lady, Bye, Bye Birdie, The Sound of Music and Mack & Mabel. David played Pontius Pilate in A/E Biography of Pontius Pilate, and was in Court TV’s Forensic Files, Comedy Central’s holiday commercial and principals in a number of independent films. Marci Reid (Jane) is thrilled to be a part of Love In The Middle Ages. Over the years, Marci has been seen on stage and screen, locally and around the globe. As Ms.Peters in The Cookout, she played opposite Frankie Faison, Jenifer Lewis, Danny Glover, and Farrah Fawcett and with Jonathan Silverman and Tim Meadows. Originally from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, her voice and likeness can be heard and seen all over the country in various commercials. Her love of theatre has taken her around the world in productions such as the first national Broadway tour of the revival of Kiss Me, Kate, Cabaret in German-speaking European countries and the review Hello, Hollywood! all over Japan. In regional theaters, Marci has performed in 9 to 5, The Full Monty, Urinetown, Footloose and 42nd Street. Her career would never have been possible without the support of her parents whom she adores and more recently, the support of her agent Michael Rodriguez at The Roster Agency for whom she is supremely grateful.
